There is a 2 week lead time for all standard products. All other products that require custom fabrication may result in a 3 to 4 week lead time. Expedited orders ship in 48 hours for standard product and Custom orders ship in 7-10 business days. Please refer to your Sales Order for an estimated ship date.
FedEx will send a shipment notification email once the product leaves our warehouse to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The email notification for Ground and Express packages will include tracking information and an estimated date of delivery. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the FedEx website. For Freight deliveries you must copy the PRO number provided in the notification email and enter it on the Fedex site. http://www.fedex.com/us/
All Krown Lab products are shipped via FedEx.
FedEx Ground: Tracks under 106"
FedEx Express (Air): Tracks between 106" and 117"
FedEx Freight: All Tracks longer than 117" (Residential deliveries are subject to additional fees)
Signature Required: To make sure your order reaches you safely, we require a signature for delivery.
Delivery Attempts: FedEx Ground and Express will make three delivery attempts before sending the package back to Krown Lab. FedEx Freight will make one delivery attempt before sending it back to nearest FedEx location. They will then make an effort to reschedule a delivery time. (redelivery charges will apply).

2 Day Shipping: Delivers within 2 business days
2-3 Business Day Shipping: Delivers within 2-3 business days
Next Day Shipping: Delivers within 1 business day
The cost for expedited shipping can be provided on request. Expedited shipping is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
International shipping is available. Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties specific to your country import regulations.
