Our finishes bring out the natural beauty of the materials we work with rather than masking them. An example is our classic No. 4 finish. Many other companies would slap on a powder coat or a layer of paint because it is easier, faster, and cheaper. Those methods might look good at first, but powder coats and paints chip and flake with use. Our No. 4 finish is achieved when a skilled craftsman carefully grains each piece by hand, taking the time required to apply just the right consistent texture. And an incredible thing happens when you align pure purpose, premium materials, and great effort—timeless products that truly stand out.

We design all of our products with a specific need in mind. We don’t bend what we make to the tools or materials we have on hand, but the other way around. We seek out the right tools, materials, and processes to make the best possible product. And we obsess over every last detail until it is perfect. When we created our newest line of sliding door hardware, we began CNC milling the trolley brackets out of solid barstock, and created our most precisely manufactured product to date. This commitment to detail might not show up in the first week, month, or even year of a product’s life; but compare our hardware to competitors years down the road and you’ll find that our obsession pays off the best way it can—with hardware that still performs flawlessly.

We offer an industry leading 10-year warranty. This is our promise that Krownlab hardware is something you can rely on. And actually, 10 years is a low number for us. Throughly tested well beyond normal wear and tear, we intend for our hardware to be as much a part of your building’s makeup as the foundation. We aim for our hardware to be heritage pieces that defy time; objects with inherent value to be carefully dismantled and reused at the end of a building’s life.
