We know that your construction schedule is tight, so we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Axel ships within 1-3 business days. Current lead times for all other products are 1-2 weeks for standard and 3-4 weeks for made-to-measure. Lead times subject to change. Black Stainless and Polished Stainless may require additional lead time. Longer lead times apply for orders of more than 8 units. Need hardware sooner? All Krownlab hardware is shipped via FedEx. Most parcels are shipped FedEx Ground. However, made-to-measure tracks longer than 118" ship separately via a freight carrier due to length. Your final invoice, emailed to you on the date that your order ships, will contain an individual tracking number for each parcel. If your track is shipped separately due to length, it will be clearly indicated in your shipping confirmation email and on your packing slip.
To guarantee that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner, we do not require direct signatures for shipments to commercial addresses. We do require an indirect signature (meaning you can sign the delivery attempt notice that FedEx will leave on your door, or your neighbor can sign on your behalf) for shipments to residential addresses. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure that your products reach you safely. All Krownlab hardware ships from our facility in Portland, Oregon. Time in transit is typically 2 to 3 business days for destinations on the West Coast and 5 to 6 business days for destinations on the East Coast. Expedited shipping is available upon request for most items; contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quote.
Before your order ships, we will do our best to accommodate a change of shipping address. Please email email@example.com to make your request. Once a shipment has left our facility, we cannot change the delivery address. If your order cannot be delivered to the address you originally provided, please contact FedEx to request that the order be held at a FedEx location near you.
