Most Krownlab hardware is shipped via FedEx Ground. However, tracks longer than 94" ship separately via a freight carrier due to length. Contact us to save on shipping cost by cutting tracks longer than 94" in half. We have a great Track Connector to include that allows for a very tight, clean-looking joint.
On the date that your order ships, we will send an email containing all tracking details related to your order. If your track is shipped separately due to length, it will be clearly indicated in your shipping confirmation email and on your packing slip.
To guarantee that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner, we do not require direct signatures for shipments to commercial addresses. We do require an indirect signature (meaning you can sign the delivery attempt notice that FedEx will leave on your door, or your neighbor can sign on your behalf) for shipments to residential addresses. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure that your products reach you safely. All Krownlab hardware ships from our facility in Portland, Oregon. Time in transit is typically 2 to 3 business days for destinations on the West Coast and 5 to 6 business days for destinations on the East Coast.
